Our refund terms for Onnie subscriptions and extended usage charges.

Onnie is a digital subscription with instant delivery. You can cancel anytime — there's no lock-in. We offer a refund on your first payment only if you request it the same calendar day you paid and you haven't used the product at all (no credits consumed, no content created). Renewals are non-refundable — cancel before the next billing date if you don't want to continue. Extended usage charges reflect work your workspace actually did and are not refundable.
Onnie is a digital service. Credits and platform access are delivered immediately upon a successful payment. Because delivery is instant and complete, all sales are generally final. The exceptions are described in this policy.
The Free plan requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period — nothing is prorated or cut short. Cancellation is the primary exit path — use it if you no longer want to be charged.
We offer a refund on the first payment of a new subscription only, subject to all of the following conditions being met:
To request a refund, email contact@onnie.ai with your account email and transaction reference. We verify usage against our system records. If all conditions are met, we issue the refund promptly.
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date from your workspace billing settings. We send renewal notices where required by applicable law.
Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the full year. The same rules apply: the first-payment window covers the initial annual payment; all subsequent payments — including the first annual renewal — are non-refundable. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal; we do not issue prorated refunds for unused months within an active annual term.
Extended usage is an opt-in feature. When enabled, credits consumed beyond your plan allowance and storage beyond your plan limit are metered and charged based on actual consumption — at $0.01 per credit and $0.10 per GB, capped at your plan's monthly price per period.
Extended usage charges are non-refundable. Each charge reflects real usage — AI actions executed, storage occupied — meaning the service was fully delivered at the time of use.
The only exception is a demonstrable billing error: if the amount charged exceeds your actual metered usage or your plan's cap, we will refund the excess. Email contact@onnie.ai with your transaction details if you believe this has occurred.
If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, email contact@onnie.ai with your account email and transaction reference. We will investigate and issue a full refund promptly if the error is confirmed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Creem.io, our merchant of record. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We resolve billing disputes directly and quickly. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in suspension of your workspace while the dispute is open.
